Green Bay to Algoma and beyond

So from yesterday we left Green Bay and headed to Algoma with some stops in between. First was in Casco at Holy Trinity Cemetery to see some relatives.  Doyle and Culligan are my mom's side of family, they're still there!!!

The barn is somewhere between Casco and Algoma, so many to take pictures of and Telma keeps zooming by..... ok she does offer to stop but sometimes I don't see them till too late

My grandpa Culligan was born in Algoma and we went to see if there were any family in St Mary's cemetery.  There were some fringe relatives (by marriage) but no direct.  Telma sat a spell and checked directions since there was some parade and festival in Algoma and we got routed on the iPhone GPS the direct route but there were detour signs all over

Nomar is enjoying his trip this year too, he gets out once in awhile but most of the time I forget he is along, he is the quiet type
OK Loved  The Flying Pig, whimsical garden things, plants and lots to look at

These Lily Pads were a super super lucky shot but so beautiful.... I think somehow if I ever redo my main bathroom I will somehow incorporate this into the design/decoration
Nomar at the Kewaunee Pier with a bit of Lake Michigan in background

A field of Sunflowers, acres of them, really pretty closer up
A tribute to Bud Light ... in Manitowoc

Telephoto shot of the lighthouse at the breakwater coming into harbor at Manitowoc
Telma calls these the Viagra chairs, I don't know why??? guess there is a commercial
Telma (above) again on the rocks (a new drink) should've seen how she got off of them LOL Below is Lovise

FInally a rear end shot of Telma but she don't look as wide as Lovise....
When not taking moving window pictures or giving directions this is what Lovise does in the car....... I am not addicted.....
Below is the haunted room at the Rentlaw Hotel in Fond du Lac, can't wait to meet the ghost

This is our room, very nice, it could use a few more outlets or a surge strip, hotel was built in about 1922/3 so they have not retrofitted the place but it is so cool we might have to go sit outside room 717....

So far this has been a really fun trip and if we see/feel/hear the ghost tonight it will be the icing on the cake!!!
Anyone wanting to read about the place... here is the URL to check it out:
